The plane is an 8 seater that will assist the company greatly in its constant movement of staff all around Australia. It is capable of completing the trip from Dubbo to Mt Isa in three and a half hours, a considerable improvement on previous charters and can travel from Perth to Sydney non stop. Specifically targeted by Tom Browne Drilling Services, the Pilatus PC12 has the best running and performance costs of any plane in its class. Primarily it is to be used for transporting Staff to and from their rostered duties, but it can aid the company considerably in getting emergency breakdown parts to remote sites in a hurry.
